What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Staff position at Youth and Family Programs?
Northern California Youth and Family Programs is seeking to hire a part-time Support Staff for our Redding office.
Responsibilities will include:
Receive, direct and relay telephone calls, messages, and faxes. Respond and direct the general public to the appropriate staff member or meeting. Maintain the data base, general filing system and file all required paperwork. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences. Support all agency programs in whatever capacity is required. Complete assigned tasks according to the program you are supporting. i.e., Visit Coordinator, ILP, TH FC and Foster care. Office errands as required. Assist in keeping the office clean, organized, and safe.
Assist the Independent Living Program Coordinator with referrals, and budget report. Input and update data into HMIS and Laserfiche system.

They will be able to work well with a diverse population, both clients and coworkers.
Hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 12pm to 5pm and Friday 11am to 4pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
