What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phone Monitor position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Telephone monitor will contact program participants and/or families on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of services being provided by YAP (Youth Advocate Programs) staff and to ensure satisfaction of said services. Phone monitor will provide written documentation of feedback provided by program participants and families to the Monitoring Manager and Director of Compliance Risk Management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
