Status: Full-Time Hourly

Summary of the Position: Hourly, Full-Time Lead Advocate Position serving youth and families throughout Philadelphia and Delaware County is available.
- Lead Advocate must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings.
- Primary responsibilities of the Lead Advocate are to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families
- All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
Position offers flexible hours, weekly pay, mileage, and activity reimbursement.
Hourly Pay: $20.00
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Experience working with at-risk youth
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
