What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Coordinator position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Full-Time Salary FLSA classification: Exempt
Summary of Position: Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care to ensure participation and involvement of the entire family. In addition, this position provides substance use counseling to participants and Family Support Network, counseling to parents/caregivers. This position will be responsible for administering and scoring screening and evaluation tools required by the project.
Salary Range: $48,000-52,000
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health Field is required.
- Current State Licensure (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDC, or LMFT).
- Knowledge of additional family systems theory.
- Experience delivering evidence-based programs in a home setting.
- One year of related experience/training in youth services, community programs, or program development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of using an Electronic Health Record System or other computer knowledge is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
