The Role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to own and expand the AI agent layer of our platform. This is not a research role, but rather a product engineering one focused on turning real-world operational workflows into agentic, automated systems.
You’ll Design And Implement AI-powered Workflows That
- Automate complex scheduling decisions
- Translate natural-language inputs into structured actions
- Detect anomalies and suggest corrective actions
- Assist operators in real-time
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement agentic workflows inside a production SaaS platform.
- Develop guardrails evaluation and testing frameworks.
- 2 years building production software (or equivalent experience).
- Experience deploying AI agents in production environments.
- Strong TypeScript or Python fundamentals.
- Care about reliability, observability, and measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous 0→1 environments.
- Small team, high ownership and autonomy.
- We move fast, work long hours, and ship often.
- You’ll design systems from scratch and see them in production quickly.
- Real customers and real impact.
Salary : $60,000 - $180,000
