Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:

Responsible for assisting with the operation of inventory control, receipt, picking and packing, and processing returns of clinical supply materials; performs related work as required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Staging materials for the packaging operations

• Receiving finished goods and WIP (Work in Progress) from Production Jobs

• Tracking the receipt, inspection and release of materials needed for each job

• Picking and preparing shipments for distribution in accordance with order requirements.

• Adhering to SOPs, and warehouseIreceiving/distribution procedures.

• Maintaining a safe working environment and report potential hazards

• Adhering to local Environmental and Safety policies and procedures.

• Assisting with logistics/warehouse duties

Required Skills:

· Any combination of training and experience equivalent to high school graduation and 1 year of experience in operations but will consider entry level candidate.

· Knowledge of inventory systems;

· Ability to establish effective record keeping systems;

· Knowledge of space management considerations;

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;

· Ability to adhere to safety rules;

· Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance.
