Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building rapport from the first point of contact, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidate is motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with cold calling. Strong communication skills and persistence are key to success in this role. If you enjoy connecting with people and contributing directly to business growth, we’d love to meet you.
Please note: This is not a remote position. Candidates must be able to work on-site in our office Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
$18.00 per hour Commission
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via cold calls and email outreach
- Identify client needs and present appropriate products or services
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and appointments set
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Business Development Representative, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sales techniques, particularly cold calling
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals or quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience utilizing Seamless. AI and Pipedrive, or similar sales tools, is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
