Your Work Connection LLC is seeking a seasoned Demand Manager to support a key client in Richmond, IN. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and brings at least five years of demand planning experience, along with hands-on expertise using GIB tools within SAP.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Lead demand planning and forecasting using GIB Forecast and GIB Operations modules within SAP
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand signals with production and capacity
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer inputs to refine forecast accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimize working capital
• Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) initiatives and reporting
âś… Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Proficiency with GIB tools inside SAP, Oracle or other ERP
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Effective communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience with SIOP or IBP processes
• Familiarity with product lifecycle planning and capacity modeling
• Exposure to SAP integrations with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
