Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support retail growth and sales performance
- Manage campaign planning, paid advertising, and promotional initiatives aligned with Verizon programs
- Partner with the Verizon local marketing team to maximize co-op and brand opportunities
- Support go-to-market initiatives for device launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for all store locations
- Leverage data analytics tools to track performance and drive data-based decisions
- Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns to increase retention and repeat business
- Coordinate and execute grand openings and store-level marketing initiatives
- Organize community outreach programs and in-store events
- Identify and build partnerships with local charitable organizations
- Collaborate with local leaders and businesses to increase brand awareness
- Create localized marketing strategies to drive foot traffic
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and data analytics tools
- Experience with campaign management and paid advertising strategy
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in retail, wireless, or lifestyle branding preferred
