Position Overview
Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is continuing to grow in 2024 and is seeking an energetic, sales-driven, and leadership-focused Assistant Manager to support store operations and drive sales performance.
As an Assistant Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead the sales team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Retail Sales Associates.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience at all times.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the full sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon Wireless products and services.
• Drive individual and store sales performance to meet and exceed goals.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and required training.
• Lead by example with professional conduct and strong work ethic.
• Develop leadership skills to grow into higher management roles within the company.

Qualifications
• 1 years of retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or telecommunications.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven success in sales and customer service roles.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel within the assigned district if needed.
• Mandarin Bilingual required.
