Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Dearborn, MI. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individual education plans, collaborating with patients and their families, maintaining accurate documentation, and monitoring progress. The role also involves supporting student who are English Language Learners.
Qualifications
Experience
- in Speech Therapy, within the school setting; intership expereince is acceptable
- Knowledge and experience in treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred, however clincal fellows are welcome
