*Need ability to work during following shifts (7:15 to 2pm or 1pm to 6pm)
Front Counter Attendant/ Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Objective: To ensure excellent customer service and assist with the garment handling before and after the garments are cleaned and pressed.
Duties:
- Run a Cash Register
- Receive Customers Clothing
- Inspect Customers Clothing
- Tag Customers Clothing
- Satisfy customer needs
- Handle drop-off and pickup
- Create invoices for incoming orders
- Assemble the orders once cleaning is finished
- Clean work area
- Sign customers up for home delivery
Needs
- Reliable (show up on time when scheduled to work)
- To be a good team player and help where needed
- Friendly with customers and coworkers
- Be a good communicator
