About the Opportunity
Your Talent Team is conducting a confidential search for an Executive Director to lead an established North Central West Virginia nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The organization generates approximately $5.2M in annual revenue and is entering an important next chapter of modernization, growth, and expanded community impact.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization, its people, programs, financial sustainability, and execution of its mission.

Key Leadership Priorities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership while maintaining strong program quality, accountability, and compliance
• Lead practical technology and process improvements that strengthen efficiency, communication, reporting, and service delivery
• Oversee financial performance and diversify revenue through grants, fundraising, partnerships, contracts, and new service opportunities
• Partner closely with the Board of Directors on strategy, organizational priorities, risks, and growth opportunities
• Lead, coach, and engage an experienced team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Expand relationships with families, community partners, businesses, funders, government agencies, and referral sources

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
