We are seeking Community Outreach Representatives to serve as the face of Foundation within their local neighborhoods, churches, senior centers, housing communities, and beyond.

This commission-based opportunity is perfect for natural networkers, trusted community leaders, health advocates, or professionals with outreach experience looking to earn income while helping others access quality care.

Position Summary

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will promote Foundation Senior Services to community members, caregivers, and organizations, and refer individuals who would benefit from our mental health counseling or in-home senior services. You’ll act as a trusted liaison, educator, and connector—empowering your community while earning for every successful referral.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Foundation Senior Services to individuals, families, and community organizations.

• Attend and represent Foundation at community events, senior fairs, church gatherings, housing developments, or networking groups.

• Educate the public about available services, including in-home care, therapy, and case management.

• Assist interested clients or families in initiating contact with our intake team.

• Build relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and social service partners.

• Report outreach activities, leads, and outcomes to the agency outreach coordinator.

• Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

Ideal Qualifications

• Deep connection to your local community (e.g., faith-based leader, caregiver advocate, social connector).

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in outreach, community organizing, healthcare marketing, or social services (preferred but not required).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Reliable transportation to attend outreach events and meetings.

• Passionate about helping others access care and support.

Compensation

• Commission-based pay for every qualified referral that successfully enrolls in services.
