Cleaning Technician (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Your Spotless Solutions is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team! We’re a family-first, integrity-driven cleaning company that provides residential, Airbnb, post-construction, and occasional commercial cleaning. This role begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time for those who are dependable, perform well, and are interested in more consistent hours. Travel Requirements:

We travel up to 1 hour from Taylorsville, servicing a wide area. Cleaners must be comfortable driving to locations across Spencer, Bullitt, Nelson, Shelby, Oldham Counties, and Jeffersontown (Jtown). Reliable personal transportation is required.

Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday availability preferred Start times range from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Occasional work beyond 5:30 PM (typically volunteer-based) Weekend work is rare but may be required for same-day turnovers or one-time cleans

Requirements: Reliable personal vehicle with valid license, insurance, and current tags

Must be dependable and punctual

Ability to pass a background check

Comfortable working independently and in a team Smartphone required (for schedule, clocking in/out, and job communication)
