Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including coordinating with team members
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd control to maintain a secure environment for all attendees
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event
- Support food service operations when applicable. Serve food, break down, and clean up area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate event activities seamlessly
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Experience in guest services roles such as food service or resort hospitality is highly desirable
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when needed
