Are you an experienced and dependable Dental Front Desk professional looking for a new opportunity to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment? Our expanding dental practice in Lindenhurst, NY, is seeking a reliable, team-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team.
Applicants without prior dental experience will not be considered. Please do not apply if you do not have dental receptionist experience.
Dental Receptionist Qualifications:
● 1 year of dental front desk experience is required
● 1 year of experience using Dentrix software is required
● 1 year of experience using multi-line phone systems is required
● Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:
● Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional demeanor
● Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
● Verify insurance eligibility and pre-authorizations (Pre-Ds)
● Collect copayments at time of service
● Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
● Deliver excellent customer service and support to patients and staff
Dental Receptionist Schedule:
● Monday to Thursday 10 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 10 Am - 3 PM. Times are subject to change.
● This is an in-person position (not remote)
