Job Summary:
Reporting to the Administrative Manager and the HR team, the HRAdministrator will assume responsibility for daily support for the HRGeneralists. Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining anorganized, efficient and welcoming environment for our clients and their employees.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Complete new hire onboarding and set up electronic personnelfiles;
Process terminations;
Process employee statuschanges;
Assist in the onboardingand offboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating new hire processes and procedures;
Maintain and updateemployee records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy, using our Prism HRISsoftware;
Create and maintaininternal forms:
Respond to employeeinquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs in a timely andprofessional manner;
Assist in preparing HRreports and documentation as needed;
Collaborate closely withHR team members, to implement and improve departmental processes;
Perform a variety ofadministrative tasks, including filing, photocopying and data entry.
Qualifications:
High school diploma; Associate’s Degree in Business, HR, orrelated discipline, preferred;
Minimum of 2 years of HRadministrative experience;
Experience with HRISsoftware; Prism HR software, a plus;
Proficiency in the MSOffice 365 suite of products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook;
Proficiency in operatingoffice equipment to include PCs, copiers, fax machine and 10-key calculator;
Exceptional oral andwritten communication and interpersonal skills;
Exemplary timemanagement, accuracy, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail,multi-tasking, decision-making, critical thinking and customer service skills;
Ability to workeffectively alone, following training period and within a high-pressure teamenvironment.
Working Hours:
8:00AM – 5:00PM Mondaythrough Friday, with 1 hour for lunch and 2 10-minute breaks.
Compensation:
$23.00 - $ 26.00 perhour DOE for this full-time, non-exempt position.
