Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Social Worker (LSW) position based in Cleveland, OH. The LSW will support clients through individualized counseling, conduct clinical assessments, and assist in developing and implementing treatment plans. Responsibilities include facilitating group therapy sessions, coordinating with other team members, and acting as an advocate for clients' needs. The LSW will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain meticulous and confidential documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid LSW licensure in the state of Ohio and familiarity with ethical standards and state regulations
- Strong counseling, case management, and client advocacy skills
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
- Ability to facilitate group therapy sessions and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to support individuals in their recovery journey
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required
- Previous experience in addiction treatment or mental health services is preferred but not required
