What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Packer / Order Fulfillment Associate position at Your Plant Plug?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our growing plant business team! No prior experience is required, training will be provided.
This position involves packing live plants carefully and efficiently, assisting with repotting, and helping maintain overall plant quality and organization.
Schedule
- Approximately 24 hours per week
- Approximately 3-4 weekdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 1 weekend day required
- Part-time
Pay
- $17/hour
Responsibilities
- Carefully pack plant orders for shipping
- Assist with repotting plants
- Handle plants gently and maintain quality standards
- Assist with organizing inventory and workspaces
- Follow packing procedures and shipping guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout the workday
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual and dependable
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate boxes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
