Compensation: 50% commission on grooming services and add-ons, plus 100% of tips.
We’re looking for an experienced groomer to bring local grooming services to our clients and customers!
We’re an established pet-care business and neighborhood pet market on Main Street in Downtown Superior. This part-time W-2 position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a grooming clientele through our existing customer base and local community.

What You’ll Do
- Provide bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, sanitary trims, nail care, and other grooming services within your expertise.
- Assess each dog’s coat, temperament, and needs, confirming services and pricing with clients before beginning.
- Handle pets gently and safely, adjusting or stopping services when needed.
- Maintain appointment notes and communicate clearly with clients and management.
- Clean and disinfect tools, equipment, and the shared workspace between appointments and after each workday.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional dog-grooming experience and the ability to complete appointments independently.
- Strong clipper, scissoring, coat-care, and animal-handling skills.
- Patience, dependability, clear communication, and good time management.
- Examples of your grooming work and professional references.
About the Opportunity
We’re hiring one groomer initially, with appointment volume growing as the service launches. Cutting-tool preferences and additional equipment needs will be discussed during the interview. Start date depends on facility readiness and required approvals.
