What You'll Do:
- Operate snowplow equipment to clear snow from roads, driveways, and parking lots.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plowing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools for snow removal and other related tasks as needed.
- Assist with groundskeeping duties during off-season, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and performing physical labor.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient snow removal operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in snow plowing or similar roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including digging, gardening, and groundskeeping.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
