Administrative Assistant – Job Posting
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our full-service landscaping, tree, and snow removal company. This position plays a vital role in supporting office operations, ensuring excellent customer communication, and maintaining our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain company branding, website, and social media presence, including photography and content creation from job sites.
- Manage customer communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, as well as collect and track feedback.
- Support office organization, inventory tracking, and ordering materials.
- Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and profit analysis.
- Create routes and maps for services, generate and track work orders, and assist with scheduling crews.
- Coordinate scheduling for estimates, employees, and work sites.
- Order plant stock and materials as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, social media platforms, etc.).
- Advanced typing skills (minimum 80 WPM) with excellent grammar and writing abilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.17 - $26.70 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
