About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage phone lines, coordinate schedules, and help ensure our doctors and hygiene team are set up for success each day. You’ll be a key problem-solver, identifying scheduling conflicts and helping improve patient flow and productivity.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact with patients daily.
Schedule Requirements
- 10am-3pm Daily
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line inbound calls using our 5-Star Phone Certification standards
- Make outbound calls to fill doctor and hygiene schedules
- Coordinate and optimize daily, weekly, and future schedules
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email
- Process payments and refunds accurately
- Manage practice management and communication software
- Complete administrative tasks (scanning, filing, etc.)
- Train and onboard new team members in the role
- Enter and report department statistics
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
