Role Description
This is a part time with potential to become full time, on-site Home Care Provider role based in Lititz, PA and serving surrounding areas in Lancaster County. The Home Care Provider will assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Additionally, the role requires building trustworthy and caring relationships with clients, providing companionship, and supporting their well-being. The Home Care Provider will also work closely with families and healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Caregiving and Elder Care is encouraged but not required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to provide compassionate and respectful service
- Willingness to learn and grow in different skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
- Desire to enhance the quality of life for individuals in need of care
- Flexibility to adapt to clients’ needs and schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent
