Key Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and ancillary documents
- Review drafted documents for accuracy, clarity, and legal sufficiency
- Revise documents based on attorney notes and client objectives
- Ensure all documents comply with Texas law and firm standards
- Collaborate with consulting attorneys and the drafting team as needed
- Maintain timely turnaround and consistent communication
- Support quality control and document‑related process improvements
- Licensed Texas attorney in good standing
- Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interpret client goals and translate them into accurate legal documents
- Familiarity with estate planning or elder law preferred (training available)
