ABOUT THE ROLE
Your Hometown Handyman is looking for a Client Care & Sales Specialist to join our team in Rockledge.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our homeowners, leading sales conversations from the initial inquiry toward the right solution while keeping projects organized and moving through the business.
This is a fast-paced role with multiple moving parts. Success requires confident communication, strong sales ability, organization, and the ability to shift between priorities and computer systems while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Guidance
• Take control of sales conversations through open-ended discovery, uncover what matters to the homeowner, and connect them with the right solution.
• Present value, work through objections, and earn the business while creating an experience clients feel good about.
Client Communication
• Be the trusted point of contact for homeowners across phone, text, email, and online inquiries.
• Keep conversations clear, expectations set, and clients confident about what happens next.
Organization & Coordination
• Keep multiple opportunities and projects moving at once—from estimates and scheduling to follow-up and client records.
• Stay on top of the details, shift priorities when needed, and keep clients and the field team on the same page.
Project & Client Follow-Through
• Keep projects and client commitments on track from first contact through project completion. Maintain accurate CRM records, document important updates, coordinate scheduling, project details, and client communication.
• Follow up on open items until they are resolved, including client questions, missing information, approvals, payments, scheduling needs, and other details required to move the project forward.
Client Relationship Management & Retention
• Stay connected with clients through our Client Follow-Up System, checking on their experience and maintaining the relationship after the project.
• Reconnect with past clients over time, identify new needs, and create opportunities for repeat business.
