$40,000 Salary Bonus
Responsibilities:- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Create sales reports in a timely fashion
- Oversee the sales team's activities and performance
- Organize and administer training for the sales team
- Create and implement company budgets and expense reports
- One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
- Experience with relevant software applications
- Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
- Strong ability to lead a team
