Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Event Lead Generators
- Book, negotiate, and manage events (malls, fairs, festivals, home shows)
- Ensure booths are properly set up, operated, and taken down
- Track production, inventory, and budget
- Drive high-quality leads that turn into sales
What You Need
- Strong communication & people skills
- Positive, energetic, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to coach and lead a team
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Marketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability
- Weekly pay monthly bonuses
