Field Marketer Manager / Lead Generator Manager

Salary base $2,000/mo bonus potential

We’re hiring a high-energy team leader to build and manage our event-based Lead Generation department! If you love coaching people, driving results, and creating excitement at community events, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Event Lead Generators
• Book, negotiate, and manage events (malls, fairs, festivals, home shows)
• Ensure booths are properly set up, operated, and taken down
• Track production, inventory, and budget
• Drive high-quality leads that turn into sales
  
  

Qualifications

What You Need

• Strong communication & people skills
• Positive, energetic, self-motivated attitude
• Ability to coach and lead a team
• Problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Office 365
• Marketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Weekend availability
