This isn’t just a job — it’s your chance to build and run your own Lead Generation Department!

You and your team will represent our brand at the hottest events, fairs, festivals, and retail locations in your area—connecting with homeowners and generating high-quality leads.

• $60,000–$90,000 base salary lucrative bonus plan

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads that drive sales for our products and services.
• Research, book, and negotiate events for you and your team
• Recruit, train, and lead your own team of Lead Generators
• Set up and manage eye-catching promotional booths at events
• Track performance, manage inventory, and stay on top of budgets
  
  

Requirements

• High-energy, positive, and goal-driven mindset
• Friendly, outgoing personality that draws people in
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to problem-solve on the fly
• Ability to lead a team while keeping the environment fun and competitive
• Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office / Office 365)
• Background in marketing, sales, or customer service (degree a plus, not required)
• Weekend availability is a MUST
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must pass a Background check
