Compensation & Bonuses

• $20/hour (in-store)
• $30 per qualified appointment (“Meet”)
  
  

Weekly Bonus Opportunities

• Earn $30 for every qualified appointment generated
• Weekly performance tracked through Friday at 12 PM (CT)
  
  

Monthly Bonus Opportunities

• 8 Meets = $500 bonus
• 12 Meets = $750 bonus
• 16 Meets = $1,000 bonus
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers inside Home Improvement retail locations
• Generate leads and set appointments for our services
• Create a positive, welcoming experience for customers
• Build strong relationships with store staff
• Communicate regularly with your Program Manager
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Ability to work 20–30 hours per week
• Willingness to attend team meetings (virtual or in-person)

Requirements

• Generate a minimum of 5 leads per week
• Aim for at least 4 qualified appointments (“Meets”) weekly
• Maintain consistent communication with your manager
• Uphold a professional presence in-store at all times
