The Guest Services Coordinator is the welcoming face of our St. Cloud showroom, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for all walk-in visitors. This role introduces customers to our products, provides knowledgeable guidance, and encourages showroom guests to schedule an in-home appointment with a sales representative. The Guest Services Coordinator also serves as the first point of contact for in person customer inquiries, deliveries, administrative needs, and general showroom support.

- Greet all visitors entering the showroom with a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Guide walk-in customers through available products and provide clear, accurate information.
- Assist and encourage customers to schedule in-home sales appointments.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge.
- Handle all showroom traffic, including dissatisfied customers, account questions, and inquiries.
- Manage front-desk activity, including receiving deliveries.
- Complete administrative duties such as mail, outgoing deliveries, and keeping the showroom clean.
- Support management with additional tasks as assigned.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to learn and present product knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred.
- Experience in a showroom or retail setting is a plus.
- Comfort using computers and basic office software.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to stand and walk in the showroom as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
