- Answer in-bound pharmacy patient calls
- Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
- Establish and maintain patient profiles including lists of medications, insurance and billing information
- Verify patient profile information including address, insurance or allergy information
- Complete medication transfers
- Transcribe orders
- Assist with patient referrals
- Assist pharmacists on an as-needed basis
- Communicate with nurse practitioners or healthcare providers
- In person call center position
- Full time
- Pharmacy hours 8-6 Mon-Friday
- Pioneer software experience
- Basic knowledge of insurance and billing
- State Certified Pharmacy Technician
