Just Orthopedics is in need of great Patient Experience Professional (Receptionist) to join our team! Just Orthopedics is looking for dynamic, flexible, and experienced individuals to assist us in providing the best orthopedic care. Customer Service is our number one priority! We are currently hiring for a full-time PEP Receptionist who is willing to provide compassion to patients and develop the communities we live and operate in. Spanish speaking is a PLUS, being a good human is a MUST!!

Minimum two (2) years of medical office experience is Preferred.

Receptionist Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Receptionist Job Type: Full-time

Receptionist Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour (Extending hour payrate differential)

We have 12 office locations across the OKC metro area. This opening is for our Moore Clinic. Hours are subject to change based off practice needs.

Receptionist Job Summary: 

• Answering incoming phone calls and routing to appropriate locations
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Registering patients via Just Ortho and Your Health & Wellness intake system (Phreesia/Athelas)
• Running patient insurance benefits and eligibility
• Submitting referrals for Just Orthopedics and Your Health & Wellness
• Faxes (ensuring incoming faxes are routed to the proper place-chart, Provider, etc.)
• Follow up on MRI and CT results as needed
• Creating a positive experience through our core values with internal and external customers.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Obtain demographics, financial information, and enter into the computer system.
• Register patients over the phone and schedule appointments.
• Collect and make copies of all insurance cards and driver's licenses.
• Answer telephone, take messages and return voicemails.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform clerical tasks as required.
• Accurately process financial transactions
• Submit referrals for patients as needed
• Follow up on MRI/CT results

Receptionist Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish) PLUS!
• Minimum of 2 year experience registering and scheduling patients is preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communications skills.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Basic computer skills. Types 25 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Experience with referrals submission preferred.
• Flexibility to work other locations and schedules when needed.
