- Leadership or PIC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional patient care and medication counseling.
- Lead, mentor, and support the pharmacy staff.
- Build strong relationships with local physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, inventory management, quality assurance, and workflow.
- Champion clinical services and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia pharmacist license.
- Community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or PIC experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for patient-centered care and community pharmacy.
- Willing to be mentored
