What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning homes across the Clermont, Gainesville, Murrayville, Cleveland, and surrounding areas
• Following each home’s job notes and our cleaning standards
• Working with teammates during training and independently when you’re ready
• Keeping a steady pace, checking your work, and speaking up when you need help
• Helping people feel cared for in their homes

You might be our person if you:

• Take pride in the little details

• Can hear “let’s try that again” and use the feedback
• Treat clients, their homes, and your teammates with respect
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Are willing to learn, whether you’ve cleaned professionally before or not

What you can expect from us:

• $14/hour starting pay
• Paid, hands-on training
• A 90-day performance review with the opportunity to move to $15/hour based on attendance, quality, pace, communication, and readiness to work independently
• Ongoing performance reviews with opportunities for raises or bonuses
• A small team where your hard work and progress won’t go unnoticed
• Weekday work, with full-time and part-time opportunities depending on the client schedule

This is physical, detail-focused work. Some days are satisfying, some days are tough, and occasionally a vacuum will choose chaos. We’ll teach you our systems; we need you to bring the dependability and willingness to grow.
