Role Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and empathetic Sales Associate to help us connect with potential clients and grow our impact.
This is a contract role for the first month, where you’ll earn commission on successful conversions. Based on performance, you will transition into a full-time salaried position.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential clients (LinkedIn, email, referrals)
- Start conversations and build genuine relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend our services
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication
- Work closely with the founding team on strategy and feedback

Compensation Structure
Month 1: Commission-based (per successful client conversion)
Post Month 1: Transition to fixed salary incentives (based on performance)
