As a banquet server you will meet with the Banquet Manager/Supervisor to discuss set up for the day, you will then set up the banquet room according to the BEO (banquet event order). Embracement and emulation of the values of the Company Culture and Guiding Principles

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the entire banquet room by reviewing the Banquet Event Order (BEO).

• Ensure the cleanliness of the room by vacuuming the entire area and confirming the absence of debris on the floor.

• The Banquet Server is responsible for the prompt, courteous, and efficient service of food and beverages to all guests during the function.

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.

Requirements:

•  Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical:

• Able to bend lift, push, pull a minimum of 50lbs occasionally and 20lbs regularly. 

• Able to bend, twist, and squat repeatedly.

• Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
