General Description

The Client Services Coordinator (Bilingual) is primarily responsible for providing compassionate, client-centered support to individuals seeking services, offering coaching, education, and resources navigation in both English and Spanish. This role works closely with the Client Services Director to ensure high-quality care, effective programs delivery, and meaningful client engagement. The coordinator also supports volunteer involvement, develop and lead Spanish class curriculum, and administrative functions to enhance overall client services.

Qualifications

  • Be a committed Christian demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
  • Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity.
  • Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, Statement on Marriage/Gender & Sexuality, Statement on Final Authority on Matters of Belief & Conduct, as well as policies and procedures of Your Choices Randolph
  • Must have two years of experience in a helping profession in a position requiring management experience or equivalent.
  • Have experience in office operations and general management of an office.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, and editing capability.
  • Proficient in Windows programs and windows operating system.
  • Able to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Respect and keep client information confidential.
  • Required bilingual (Spanish and English) speaker.

Major Responsibilities

Administration

  • Maintain monthly schedule for CS volunteers (options coaches, class facilitators, etc.)
  • In cooperation with the CSD (client services director), complete data entry of client files in a timely manner and provide statistical information reports as requested by Executive Director
  • Provide monthly client story for board review.
  • Work with CSD on budget management upon request.
  • Accept assignments not specifically delineated above as requested by the Executive Director

Client Services

  • Provide options, coaching and other services for clients as requested by CSD in both English and Spanish
  • Help maintain and update the referral resources and brochures for volunteers and client use in Collaboration with Circle of Care.
  • Schedule appointments and greet clients.
  • Collaborate with CSD in development and implementation of major projects/programs.
  • Fatherhood oversight with help of Client Services Assistant
  • Take responsibility for Spanish classes held in the evenings
  • Prepare materials and provide support during classes

Training

  • Assist in volunteer training as needed
  • Collaborate with CSD to provide telephone training of staff to better interact with abortion-minded clients
  • Attend continuing education seminars, conferences, and workshops directly related to the execution of client services responsibilities

Public Relations/Community

  • Actively support the CSD, Executive Director and other staff members in ministry activities through administrative support and attendance at major events, including annual benefit
  • Assist YCR staff with post-event responsibilities.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
