Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated to join our team as an Al Caregiver in. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Transporting clients to doctor's appointments and/or errands is mandatory so you must have your own vehicle with insurance and a valid Drivers License not just an ID
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to ensure health stability
• Provide specialized dementia and Alzheimer's care, employing memory care techniques to support cognitive health
• Operate manual handling equipment safely, including Hoyer lifts and resident transfer devices, adhering to safe patient lifting practices
• Support residents with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and maintaining proper nutrition standards
• Engage residents in social activities and therapeutic programs to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being

Qualifications

• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care, memory care strategies, and Alzheimer's disease management
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments is a plus
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks with compassion
• Familiarity with home & community care practices or residential care home settings is beneficial

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
