Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of Your Choice Home Care
- Assist with morning hygiene
- Adult diaper change
- Bathing Dressing
- Light meal preparation
- Hoyer lift
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Schedule: 12 hour shifts daily. We are looking to add another care provider to work 2 to 3 shifts per week. 3 shifts= 36 hrs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or supporting a physically disabled person
- Obtain Current CNA License or PCA certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Current TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray
Job Type: Part-time
