Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our team in Sandstone, WV. In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home support to clients, assisting them with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care services based on individual care plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, etc.)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or condition to supervisors and healthcare professionals
- Administer medication reminders as directed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Follow all company policies, regulations, and care guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Warm, caring personality with a commitment to client dignity and respect
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (but not required—training provided)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
