Chimney Manager / Crew Lead – Commission-Based Pay
Looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our team in a Manager / Crew Lead position.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable running their own crew, managing daily jobs, communicating professionally with customers, and completing chimney-related projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Running and managing your own company work van and daily jobs
- Supervising and working alongside an assigned crew member
- Performing chimney inspections, cleanings, repairs, masonry work, and other chimney-related services
- Providing customers with professional recommendations and estimates
- Taking responsibility for job quality and ensuring work is completed properly
- Maintaining communication with the office regarding jobs, customers, scheduling, and materials
- Keeping the work van, tools, and equipment organized
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
- Being dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont as needed

Pay: Commission-based. Compensation structure and earning potential will be discussed further during the interview.
