We're hiring for our Lancaster location. These are Part-Time Positions from 8-20 hours per week. Must be 21 . Your first interview will always be done via really video conferencing for 5-10 minutes. Before applying, please know that this is only a part-time position.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and confident. You must be comfortable talking with people both on the telephone and out in the community.
We provide a structured training program to teach all required skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate technical specifications to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
