What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional manner
• Learn and educate customers on CBD, hemp-derived wellness products, supplements, and healthy lifestyle solutions
• Build trust through consultation-based selling rather than high-pressure sales
• Assist customers in finding products that best fit their goals and needs
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in product training and ongoing wellness education
• Help create an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
• Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, wellness, or natural products
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about our products and industry
