This is a full-time hybrid role for a Registered Nurse based in Gastonia, NC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Registered Nurse will oversee care plans, perform patient assessments, and provide clinical support and guidance to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, ensuring safety standards, coordinating with caregivers and families, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care and promote the health and well-being of clients.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Clinical Skills: Expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage documentation, maintain medical records, and develop individualized care plans.
- Interpersonal Skills: Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with the ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and teams.
- Technology: Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
- Additional Qualifications: CPR and First Aid certification required; experience in home health care is a plus.
