Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, professional, and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics team. In this role, you will provide advanced skin and laser treatments, deliver exceptional patient education, and support a high-touch medical spa environment rooted in safety, results, and personalized care.
This is a paid, hands-on position offering long-term growth in a fast-paced, innovative medical aesthetics practice where quality and patient outcomes come first.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Aesthetic Services
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments within scope, including:
- Medical facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Chemical peels (e.g., BioRePeel, resurfacing treatments)
- Microneedling (including regenerative add-ons where applicable)
- Laser and energy-based treatments (hair reduction, rejuvenation, tightening, etc.)
- Body contouring and skin-tightening services as trained
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Patient Consultations & Education
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess skin concerns and treatment goals
- Educate patients on treatment plans, realistic outcomes, and aftercare
- Recommend appropriate skincare regimens and retail products
- Support patient retention through trust, education, and results-driven care
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain strict sanitation, infection control, and safety standards
- Follow all medical protocols and scope-of-practice regulations
- Assist with appointment flow and patient experience as needed
- Support front desk and team coordination during high-volume clinic days
Retail & Practice Growth
- Educate patients on medical-grade skincare and treatment packages
- Ethically promote retail products and complementary services
- Support events, open houses, and educational marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Florida Aesthetician License (required)
- Experience working in a medical spa or clinical setting
- Familiarity with lasers, microneedling, peels, and advanced skin treatments
- Strong understanding of sanitation, safety, and medical compliance
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Experience with practice management software (preferred but not required)
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with regenerative or intimate wellness aesthetics
- Comfort assisting with content creation or before/after photos
- Experience supporting events or promotional initiatives
