Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lake Vermilion location, including rental and member check-in/out processing, gassing and inspecting boats for damages, scheduling dock staff, and overseeing area fleet deliveries and transportation. Additionally, you will maintain boats in a clean, organized state, uphold safety regulations, and assist with managing the Polaris fleet.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have 1-3 years of boating and/or marina management experience, staff management skills, and prior knowledge of the area. You should also possess excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This position starts at $17.00 an hour and may vary based on experience.
