Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Mobile Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in general automotive repair, communicates clearly with customers, and can work independently. This role is commission-based with same-day pay, ideal for motivated techs who want high earning potential and freedom in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues.
- Travel to customer locations within assigned regions.
- Perform maintenance and repair services including:
- Brake systems
- Belts and hoses
- Batteries
- Suspension components
- Basic and intermediate electrical diagnostics
- Starters and alternators
- Radiators and cooling system repairs
- Use your own diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Document all work performed in our mobile system.
- Communicate clearly with customers about recommended repairs and costs.
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality work standards in the field.
- Uphold all safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- Must have your own tools suitable for mobile repair work.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Must have your own diagnostic scanner or diagnostic capability.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues independently.
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE certifications (not required but a plus).
- Experience in mobile repair or field service work.
- Ability to use digital repair platforms and diagnostic software.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
